A great blend of the relationships of a local broker with the data, analytics and capabilities of a large shop. They really view the insurance world through a different lens.
Horrible customer service and held me hostage at a car dealer when I was trying to buy a vehicle. Told us they couldn't send binder or do insurance till they had a purchase order, my friend has the same insurance company but a different agent and did not have the same issue! Do not use these folks ever.
Truly the best at what they do! Their team is second to none!
