Cassius Williams - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have had insurance with State Farm at this location for almost 8 years and I have never had any issues until recently when I had to file a claim on my policy. This was my first time filing a claim and the result of that was my auto insurance being dropped down to just liability only on two vehicles. When I called the office to attempt to get a better understanding of why this may have happened I was transferred over to Mr Cassius. He shared with me that he could file an appeal and we could go from there. I was contacted the same day by Mrs Jane asking questions for some information stating that it was pertaining to the claims department possibly needing information from the claim that was filed.
