My wife and I had an extremely disappointing experience transitioning from Gioco to Allstate, primarily due to the mishandling by our agent, Mr. Forrest W. He assured us that he would take care of the entire process, but due to his negligence, we paid for two insurance policies for several months. Throughout this ordeal, it wasn't very easy to contact him. Even when we did manage to speak with him, he failed to follow through on his commitments. I contacted the local Allstate office to request a different agent, only to be told that such requests are not accommodated. To make matters worse, I never received the refund Forrest claimed would be issued by our previous insurance provider. He may not have submitted the necessary paperwork for the cancellation or refund process on time. Switchin
