They will get you insurance with a hefty rate if you have points! Never ever had a person of color employed in all my 12 years of business; but the Holly & Michael bear the moment with common courtesy. The vibe I receive is like most all white establishments; but we coexist

They've great since day one! They helped me find a company and plan that would cover what I need for my first little beater car. Some communication lines could be a little better, but over all not terrible. Everyone that I've spoken with before has been friendly and helpful! I recommend them to anyone looking for help navigating insurance.

I have been with these guys from when they use to be located on Raeford Road. They are simply awesome. Not only do I have 2 vehicles insured with them but I also have business insurance with them. They are very helpful and their prices are beyond reasonable. Would not go any where else.

I was referred to this place by a family friend and I can't believe I let Satan and his demons insure my car! This place is awful! All they care about is money and when you have an issue, they want to push you off to someone else. They LIED about an issue and now my bank account is OVERDRAWN and they won't admit to their mistake. I don't have the money to feed my kids and I am starving myself to at least put some crackers or something on their plate. I am disgusted with this company and if you love your money and your piece of mind, go with another insurance agency.

This is a local insurance company that knows small businesses have tight budgets. They have great rates on workers compensation insurance and general liability. As my business grows I can change my coverage to suit our needs. It is very accomodating. I like that!
