Carol Drake - State Farm Insurance Agent

Have been with this office about 30 years and was very happy with the service until just recently. I have both home and auto insurance with them. I have items in self storage and the storage place requires your unit to be covered under homeowners insurance or you are required to purchase their coverage. This was no problem for this office in the past, in-fact I had two declarations pages I got from them with no problem. The policy came up for renewal so the storage place asked for proof of insurance again, of course. I had paid the insurance policy online so I called and asked if they showed the policy as current, up to date, and good for another year. They said yes payment had been recorded and the policy was good for another year. I then asked for a new declarations page for the next yea
