My dad was having an issue with his bill. He had been calling for ,3 days and to no avail . On Monday , Feb 9th and Jason took care of us in about 10 minutes. He was pleasant and answered all of the 82 year old questions. He also placed his account back on every 3 months for payment. He was very patient and considerate. He advised my Dad could call him at anytime! Kudos to you Jason! Customer care is everything!

UPDATE: Carlos Luevano, Jr called me directly to find out exactly what happened and when the miscommunication started so he could train his agents better going forward. I really do appreciate the call and his dedication for doing better. I have changed my review from 1 to 3 stars. We have been with State Farm and worked with not only Jason but also Carlos and I can say it was really great in the beginning but as soon as the policy renewed, kindness and good customer service went out the door. Not only did we get charged almost double without any notification but it also took 2 days to get any response back and when we did, our agent refused to talk to us. Extremely disappointed and we made sure to change insurance companies right then and there. Think twice before working with them.

I’m always speaking with Estephanie and Jason and I must say anytime I call and talk with them about anything pertaining to my policy , they’re always so professional, very great personalities! They are going to try and find you the best rates depending on your needs… Literally feels like you’re talking with friends/ family . Another thing I love is if it’s something they have to escalate they most definitely will reach out to you in a timely manner to follow up . The whole office is excellent but these two are who I normally talk to .

The level of service I received was exceptional. Jason O. delivered one of the best customer-service experiences I’ve had in years. His approach was professional, patient, and truly dedicated to finding me the best possible rate — he genuinely went above and beyond.
