I had an excellent experience working with Laura Perdue from State Farm for my life insurance loan. From the moment I submitted my request, Laura guided me every step of the way—it truly felt like she was holding my hand through the entire process. She responded to my messages immediately, answered every call right away, and sent all the required documents incredibly quickly. Laura is extremely patient, kind, and very soft-spoken. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the process stress-free. She is a lovely person and a true professional. I genuinely enjoyed working with her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for outstanding service.
