Worst insurance company ever. Do not get this insurance you will regret it. All I have gotten are lies from them.

Unfortunately, I can't give negative stars. Biggest scam I have ever had to deal with. I have been trying to get an MRI since last August and have been getting the run around for months. First, they asked that I get an X-ray and start PT. I did the x-rays and attempted to start PT... They tried to refuse to pay for the PT that they told me to get. Finally, after multiple calls made by me and my NP and the physical therapy office, they agreed to pay. Then, after doing these 2 things and doing a few PT sessions, my PT sent in stuff to my NP and the insurance stating that because of my symptoms, I NEED A SPINAL MRI. Then caresource pops off with "your doctor needs to call the prior authorization line." She did this, and then the caresource says, "You need to complete PT. " I did that. Then th
