Careplus is the worst experience of all my Plans since 2016 as they right off the bat after enrollment couldn't load Dental info and profiles, Lost my Medical History 3x, Lost my OTC Mailorders after their Spending Card failed to work properly on OTC at Walmart the main location, I spent hours with their reps which most are untrained in Basic CSR and they never fixed the Walmart issues, I had call them repeatedly on basic functions like addresses, my info, and other problems. Then they had the audacity to lie to cover up many of these things including a compromised Doctor's Office Aravind Kumar on my card who failed and had attitude towards me the patient on simply scheduling appointments. I have Caller ID which shows attempts I made prior to March 18th but Careplus committed fraud basical

My mom switched to this insurance company recently and is having a very hard time with anyone getting back to her with issues she has that needs to be addressed. She has been in search of an opticians and was given a number to call only to hear they do not accept care plus. This insurance is not helpful at all. There are other situations as well, that are just to lengthy to explain. Very disappointed in their service. Will be changing them as soon as possible.

As soon as I changed Insurance carriers during open enrollment, Careplus began denying claims for payment that were previously approved. Then to add insult to injury they refused to pay the 10 dollar co payment I have not been required to pay for 2 years. This is crooked and they know such small amounts of money wont be pursued in Court. Avoid this medicare advantage like the plague!!

My mother in law was talked to over the phone to change to this garbage insurance. When we explained there was POA and that she has dementia we were given the run around. She has a had a life changing situation and they would not let her be unenrolled. The so called customer service is not trained properly because you can get 3 different answers from 3 different people. They pay for nothing. They are a disgrace! I will never have anything to do with them again! Beware!!

If I could give less than 1 I would. The member portal does not work, so you have to call customer service for a list of providers. I cannot believe it's this difficult to find a provider. I would avoid even considering this company when searching for insurance. It's been a nightmare since I signed.
