I have only been with this insurance for 5 months and was taken out of the system for 3 weeks and missed several important doctor appointments and now I just received a letter telling me that I have to get pre-qualified. It's only been 5 months. Customer service takes over an hour to answer and then they can't help you at all, the same with the transportation service they offer.

Nintendo was on to something bro Luigi a real one. I just seen my dr 3 days ago and now i have to re-add my primary care dr? Sure fine if only your app programmed by the kids that had Wii’s and nap time would let me but wait! There is a number I can call. I actually merged it with Guinness going for the LONGEST TIME ON HOLD.

CareFirst BC/BS Medicare Advantage plan has started my new year off with a wielding BANG of incompetence!!! They inadvertently disenrolled me from my health plan! It was their fault, and yet they act like it is my fault. The representatives are ill informed, show no concern or empathy. I am extremely disappointed and currently uninsured. Think twice, maybe more before you “enroll” only to end up with frustration, anger, and a head fog, from trying to take care of my situation for almost a month now. Still no coverage, dental, vision, dental, and most important a prescribed medication of a Beta Blocker for my heart, that I cannot access because I’m currently UNINSURED! I feel as if they don’t give AF about me or my situation! Really, it’s truly dangerous times!

I don't even want to give this company one star. They have screwed up my whole medical plan and I can't even get them on the phone. I have been waiting on the phone for hours. I can't register on the portal for some reason and there wait time are over 3 hours long. I wish like hell I had not chosen this company and my health insurance company. Now I am stuck for another year. I think I will call the insurance commissioner and report them!

I don't know why this needs to be said but if my doctor prescribes a certain medicine then he obviously is doing so for a reason. I didn't schedule a doctor's visit for the fun of it and he wasn't just doodling on his prescription pad. Why would my doctor give me a prescription for a medicine he didn't think I needed?
