Super happy with their customer service. My husband went on Medicare and I got a new BC card for March. The deductible from the plan from Jan to March did not carry over. I get Medicare in May so essentially all my bills will be paying for 3 different deductibles. Selena took my call. Confirmed it was the exact same coverage just my husband came off and a new ID card was given for that. In less than 24 hours BC called back. Said they fixed my acct by adding Jan thru Feb deductible amounts to my BC for my March and April time frame deductible tible amts. They took my info....had my question correct...forwarded info to someone who could fix it AND called back to let me know the outcome in a very short time frame. Absolutely happy with their service!@!!@

Raised my supplemental insurance premiums by 26% for 2026. Difficult to get a hold of. Call backs might not happen. No easy way to cancel.

If there's a 0 star, that's what I will give this company. I was just trying to get authorization for lab work, instead I got transferred fifteen times and no one knew what the hell is going on.

Can’t say enough bad things about them. My family was dropped due to lack of payment, even though we stopped receiving bills in the mail and there was no other way for us to pay. We kept telling them this and they refused to believe it. We lost coverage right before our daughter was born, so now we’re stuck with over $20,000 of medical bills. This battle with them has just begun….

I had an appointment. Representative refused to answer any questions and acted like I was annoying her
