Candice Hook: Allstate Insurance

One the best experiences I've had working with an insurance agent. Candice was very respectful of my time and more importantly my finances. She was able to save me a lot from my previous insurance company who I considered as close to being family.

At first it was ok. She was very helpful. But as tine went on I would notice some times I would get charged twice in a month and still get charged the next month as well. Whenever I would ask about this, I would be told that it was my bank not freeing the funds on the same time every month. This is false because my allstate bill is the only one that reacts this way. When I tried to cancel, I was ignored. When I called again Candice was very curt with me about the whole thing.

Our family has been with Allstate for years!With no accidents or issues. Until now due to someone hitting the backside of my son's truck while they were merging & couldn't bother to slow down when he was in front of her. He had no place to go but into the side rail.Thank goodness he didn't. So she hit him & they claim it was his fault.I am so glad she didn't make him spin out of control! We even had witness say it was not his fault. I recommend u not to use this company. We will never use them again!

This is now 2026 and I am still HAPPY with Allstate and my Agency with Candice Hook! I believe our rate for auto is fair and they give many discounts. I've not been in an accident (knock on wood) so have not had to use the insurance, so I don't know that part of the insurance to really say yay or nay. But I trust that things would go smoothly if anything should ever happen. Both Michael & I are happy this far!! Been happy so far with Allstate Insurance. It's a bit of work to use the "drivewise" app since I don't always see the results of my daily driving, but I guess it somehow shows up on the insurance end of it. Which is my concern to get the discount. I also like the fact that Allstate has a "park" kind of insurance for cars that aren't used but every so often. That can be confusing on

I've had my home, automobiles, and motorcycles insured with this agency for over 10 years, and I've always appreciated the quality of service I have received, and I think the rates are reasonable. For example, I recently bought a used motorcycle. As soon as I handed over the cash, I called Candice Hook Allstate, and, working with Alexis, I had insurance coverage in under 10 minutes, and at a rate that was surprisingly low for comprehensive coverage. I haven't shopped around for insurance in a while, but I haven't felt the need to. That's pretty high praise for an insurance agency.
