Calvin Malone: Allstate Insurance

I would strongly caution anyone against using this insurance agency. They are extremely misleading with their pricing and do not provide all the necessary information upfront. What they quote you initially is nowhere near what you actually end up paying, and they are not transparent about their policies. Their practices feel deceptive and unfair, making it difficult to trust them. If you’re looking for an honest and reliable insurance provider, I highly recommend searching elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and find a company that values its customers.

When I reached out to this agent he Never Replied. Since this review another agent Dana reached out to me from that office and she did speak with me about my policy and my concerns. She said she would look and see if there were any savings that I wasn’t getting that I would be eligible for and get back with me. She did get back with me and she found one that I wasn’t getting. It was a Senior discount. It lowered my monthly payment by almost $10. I really appreciate her following up and looking into things to help make the payment more manageable. It still isn’t as low as it was but I was told that is because the state raised their prices which raised mine.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this insurance agency.. They do NOT respond via email and are not helpful when you're actually going through a claim.

I have my commercial insurance through this agency. Each time I call my agent Marian Perdomo is always available or responds very quickly. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I recommend this agency 100%. Great customer Service!

Great Agent! Responds to you very quickly and will help you with whatever he possibly can. In todays world it seems we no longer get that personal experience with anything anymore. You won’t have that issue with Calvin. I highly recommend him as an agent and Allstate for your insurance needs. My rates and coverage have never been this good!
