AAA driver 4844 TW ran us off the road before a bridge. He did not slow down, stop, or care what he was doing. Being AAA members ourselves this will lead me to cancelling my membership.

I have been booking family trips with Dixie Brune for many years now. She does a wonderful job each and every time. If we do have any problems she will go the distance to get it fixed or fight it out for us. Thank you from Tara & family

Whomever spoke to K. Hilliard when she attempted to come in for payment needs to be fired because they told her that she’s only paying for one person to have the premier when it is 5 people on the plan. Everyone has PREMIER cards so everyone has PREMIER benefits, not just ONE person. The woman told her to downgrade to the white card which is IGNORANT. Please retrain your associates EXPEDITIOUSLY on the benefits. My mom is 70 and facing dementia. Horrible individual to tell her that. My dad cannot afford towing with that white card. Taking advantage of the elderly is unacceptable and he is on a cane and needs another hip replacement. The premier package is for 3 tows PER PERSON. Why this individual who works for AAA would tell my mom this is is truly ignorant. She needs to be fired for te

A vehicle breaking down is not what anyone wants. The folks at AAA from first contact to tow away were professional, courteous, and efficient!! This was customer service at its best. Well done AAA!!!! WELL DONE.

Customer service here for travel information is tops! The agent was very congenial, helpful, and thorough while helping us with suggestions of places to visit on our upcoming RV trip across the country! They also have some great luggage, backpacks, and other travel accessories available. We always leave with everything we need! Just one reason we've been AAA members for almost 50 years now!
