If I could provide 0 stars, I would. Worst customer experience I've encountered in a long time. I am in the process of renting my home and needed to transfer my current homeowners policy to a renter's policy. I was told by my agent's assistant that she couldn't assist me and I would need to wait for my rep to return from vacation in order to rewrite the policy. I then contacted my agent the following Monday and received no response. I contacted by phone the following day and was told that she would hope to get to it sometime that day. I contacted customer support and they said I was welcome to shop around if I wasn't satisfied with the service receiving. My agent finally got back to me with a quote but needed updated information that I previously provided two additional times. Unorganized

We have been a customer of Bankers Insurance for many, many years, and always receive quality service from them. The staff is professional and very quick to respond to our needs. Not too long ago, I had contacted to let them know about a life-changing event. While she took that information, she also said that she wanted to check into a couple of things. She called back the next day with good news about the cost of two different policies that we had with them. Not too many companies these days would find ways to lower two bills, especially when you only inquired about one. We would highly recommend Bankers Insurance to anyone seeking insurance needs.

I was very impressed with Ms. Lindsey Cantrell and the way she handled my request to fax a Policy Declaration to my mortgage company, PHH Mortgage. I called your Glenn Allen office and they were experiencing technical difficulties, but your Charlottesville office was spot on. Ms. Cantrell immediately took my insurance payment, then faxed the Policy Declaration to PHH Mortgage who seemed to be in a hurry to receive it. My mind is fully at rest now, knowing that Ms. Cantrell handled my request with efficiency and speed. Five stars!
