They barely speak English at this company and are very hard to understand. The main problem.......... My insurance company cancelled our insured due to the pipes in our house. Brightest insurance failed to even contact us regarding this matter. They sent emails to an old email account but never called or sent a letter. I only gave them 1 star because 0 is not an option.
