I have good experience with Brightly Insurance. They respond swiftly within 24 Hrs Everything with Water link in shower was replace. Change from Rug to Vinyl Wood. Brightly Insurance take of business. Thank you be there for so been so quick. WOW 2 WEEKS. DONE.

Genuinely the worst agent and team you could find. Maribel literally doesn't reply for weeks at a time. It's wild that anyone could possibly find this agent worthy of their business.

When John Middleton took over this Brightway practice in Orange Park he took over my insurance as a result. Not much communication with him. Unfortunately I had extensive Hurricane Irma damage (including exterior damage to the brick of the home). When I spoke with him about this claim as it was still being processed, his remark to me was "You put a $100,000 claim on me!" (I am not exaggerating this comment.) I understand he has to have relationships with the insurance companies as well as the homeowners, but this comment suggested total relationship with the insurance company. He had a total lack of regard over the 3+ year process is has been in an attempt to repair my home. I knew at that moment I would no longer work with him.
