Brian has been the very best agent for so many years. He's always made sure I've had the very best service and coverage. Brian went above and beyond for me. I recently bought a home. I was told I needed home insurance the afternoon before closing. He went above and beyond to make sure my loan closing went smoothly. He was amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better agent. My loan went through without a hitch thanks to Brian. He's also made sure I have the best auto coverage. I'm extremely grateful to Brian.

I have been a client for 20+ years. Each year I evaluate to insure Brian is competitive. Every year I find him competitive but no one comes close to the service he and his staff provide. No matter when I call he is responsive quickly and ALWAYS has the solution. He and his staff r all about their clients. What an insurance agent is to be....about the client.

After having been on a family policy with Brian for 6 years, I called to get a quote for a single car policy for myself and he refused to give me a quote upon hearing that I would be shopping around. When using a a policy of his for a cracked windshield a few years back, he belittled me and tried to make he feel guilty for not agreeing to use a shop with 1-star reviews. Happy to not be working with him anymore.

Very poor customer service. Mr. Ruiz is arrogant and belittling. I would look for another agent. I would be afraid to see how he handles customer claims, if he treats people who need to shop rates as he does. Read the Yelp and Google reviews. I would love to post his email conversations. Very unprofessional and a lot to be desired. There are many choices and if you want a good agent, this is not the place to spend your hard earned money.
