Amanda is a keeper, promote her, do not lose her. She relates extremely well to customers. She is exactly what any business that relies on sales/marketing strives for. Don’t lose her to a competitor. I work for a health care system, hired/released plenty of employees. I know when I’m interacting with someone genuine. You are lucky to have Amanda C.
