Auto-Owners Insurance Appleton Claims

We had an extensive hail storm that damaged our private residence and all of our farm buildings. Auto Owners were very efficient in evaluating the damage and making a preliminary payment so we could begin the work. In our case the claim was split between two field claims offices. When the work was done we received the settlement checks exactly as we agreed. Communications throughout the process were excellent. As two evaluators reported, Auto Owners is the best company they work for.

We needed the roof replaced on our home due to storm damage. Auto owners made this exceptionally easy! Travis Heiting was very responsive and awesome to work with! I was dreading this whole process, but it couldn’t have been easier, and the reimbursement checks were received in a timely manner!

On April 18, 2025 the city and surrounding areas of Platteville, WI experience wide spread and extensive damage to homes, buildings, and vehicles from a hail storm. I knew my Auto Owners insurance rep and company would be overwhelmed with calls. I reported my damage on April 21, 2025. On April 27,2025 a damage appraiser (Steve Grant) was on site to inspect the damage and provide an estimate for repairs. All the Auto Owners representatives provided me with information on how to proceed with my damage claim which made the entire process much easier than the delays and confusion my neighbors experienced with their insurance companies and their claims being processed. I have NEVER had such a pleasant and easy interaction with any insurance company like I have had with Auto Owners! I cant say enough good things about this company. If I could give 10 stars I would. Andrew Novak (field claims representative) has been phenomenal! We had to file a claim for water damage where the flooring and subfloor needed to be removed and replaced and Mr. Novak went above and beyond to make things as stressless as possible. He dealt directly with the contractors and sub contractors and when we needed alternative housing during the process he didn't even blink! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. This company rocks!
