Absolute disappointment. Was a customer for over a decade. This agency never offered suggestions/recommendations on policy. I finally decided to cancel when I found another policy with competitive premium. I sent multiple emails and called several times trying to cancel. Always got the runaround. Had to finally call the 800# to get support. What's the point of having an agent if there's no support?
