This office will call you if you owe money but you won’t hear a word from them if you have trouble on your policy. The manager promised to call back and must have died. The one representative is always inaccessible . Don’t try to call either. Remember if you owe them their outbound lines work. Try calling them today and prove me wrong. The epitome of unprofessional.

This office thinks it is acceptable to send spam/scam advertisements in blank envelopes without a return address, labeled "important document enclosed." The 'important document' is just a poor insurance quote with a high premium and low coverage. If you're so desperate for clients you have to trick people into opening your mailers... says a lot about how your agency must be performing.

I would like to thank Candace for all her help in my search for new auto and home insurance. She and her entire team were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend them if you are in need of insurance. Again, they are great!
