So because Bering a senior citizen , sometimes I forget certain things and Alex Cosio the agent responsible for my car Daryland . She’s always make sure that I get a text message to remind me that my insurance is due. If she’s not get a call back from me then she’ll call me personally I have to command Alex Cosio the great customer service. She really cares. She’s always looking for. Thank you
