When this was the Sussky agency, they were fantastic. Lois and everyone else were fabulous to talk to and have as agents. Since body borneman took over and John Bowdle has been my agent, nothing but horrible experiences. He’s condescending and rude. Also not willing to work with anyone on price- left for State Farm and couldn’t be happier. Do not recommend this agency at all.
After years (over 25) of dealing with them. I am done. Way overpriced. Not willing to work with me at all.
What a great company to work with. I use them for both my personal and business needs
