I just recently called and spoke with Cindy who helped me add a new vehicle to my policy. Again, I was reminded why I use State Farm insurance, it's this entire office and staff. Every time I call this office an employee works with me in a friendly professional manner. I never feel rushed and they talk through different options with me and are patient as I waffle back and forth between choices. I could tell that Cindy is in the business of customer service because she helped me find the best option for me in this particular situation. That kind of service demands knowledge of the business she works in and in my experience that's rare to find over the phone or in person. Thanks again to your entire office, please don't ever change!
