High fees and never returned my customer support emails

I would like to thank my representative today for being patience with me through my questions about my distribution. I hung up the phone before I could do the survey about her customer service. Thank you.

Definitely avoid these guys. They raise your fees, do almost no work and were terrible communication. Regular CPAs are better priced and provide good communication.

Terrible customer service, was directed to call distrubution center for help with my question, recording said to stay on the line, then always said not available and to leave information along with a callback number, so far im up to 5 days in a row at leaving a message and no call back, wish i could give this half a star if that

Poor costumer service, associates shows no empathy, one of the associates seemed she was sleeping or doing something else while on the phone. If your employer uses them to manager the ESOP don’t miss the distribution dates because blue ridge esop associates won’t care.
