Not sure how this company stays in business. Terrible company, incompetent staff and systems are outdated. Being denied pharmacy coverage standing at a pharmacy for dependent on fully covered insurance and then spending 45 minutes trying to sort it out on a call with BCBS, which doesn't help, is a total failure. After several calls and attempts to get through incompetenet robo call options, it will loop you around (two to three menus offer the same option - medcare pharmacy, even when select a different option in previous menu), ask to confirm your identity (if that works, or it just hangs up on you if it doesnt accept your voice or numbers on the dial) at least four times, then confirms identifying you and your coverage and then asks irrelevant questions like, am I in a postal service t

I have been getting medical benefits for 30 plus years of my life. This company is the absolute worst medical coverage company I have ever dealt with in my lifetime. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. I would not be surprised if there is a major lawsuit against them in the future. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!

If you want a company that’s going to try to not cover anything you need and cheat you out of money this is the company for you. I pay them every week for 20 years now and the rare occasion I need something they either try to not cover it or you have to fight with them and listen to automated systems forever. They are basically legally robbing us.

I met with a man by the name of Jerry. He was so nice he explained all plans to me. He listened to what I was asking for and used no pressure for me to make my decision. Would I recommend him I definitely would.
