Bill and his wife were so kind to me when I went inside the office today to get car insurance quotes. I had to take my son with me and they treated me with great respect. I’d refer any family, friend, or stranger to them looking for great customer service with great rates.

I have been with Progressive since 2010 no accidents or tickets. I decide to go to the local office. I walk in an older white lady says is there something I can do for you. I say yes I wanted to get a quote she says do you already have a policy I say yes. I sat down and begin to tell her I had spoke with a customer service rep on the 800 number and was given a really high rate. She immediately say oh well I can’t speak with you about anything you discussed with them I say ok. I tell her I’m here to speak with you now. She says you’re going to have to call back and deal with whoever you spoke with I can’t assist you. I say why can’t you assist me I have a policy with Progressive and I have been with them since 2010. She says there’s nothing I can do for you. I didn’t even try to say anyth

They make it seem like it is you they have a nasty attitude and they will cuss at you

Wrote a policy for homeowners with Halifax mutual insurance being a single woman with no knowledge of how insurance works I trusted him to write me with a company that I did not have to worry about.I got cancelled by that company almost 8 yrs later and he said they don't want to write policies for people that live near the coast and it was their right to do so . I asked what other policies he could write for me and he said none and essentially told me to have a nice day and good bye .REALLY ! He is the one that advised me to not claim the hurricane damange that they denied renewal of my last insurance on "don't even think about it" exact words .So I tried to have it fixed but the cost was a little to much and have not been able to afford it (that's why I had insurance) so they came out and

I am a mortgage loan originator, and asked my customer who was purchasing a home to contact three agencies to get three quotes. When she contacted this insurance agency, he did not want to give her anything on paper because she did not have an appraisal. Mind you, this was only a quote. The customer contacted me and told me this, so I contacted his office, and he was rude, said if I did not want to get him an appraisal, then that would be fine, and he proceeded to hang up the phone on me, and after that, refused to answer his place of business phone. He was rude, disrespectful, did not give me any chances to speak, and then hung up the phone. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!! THEY ARE NOT REPUTABLE!!
