Bermudez Insurance

Has not been a pleasant experience with this office. The owner has no customer service ethics, does not resolve issues, has not been an agent who cares about her clients request or concerns. There are certain documents that have been requested from this office for over a week now, get no follow-up calls instead I have to call her office. I will not recommend to anyone.

Awful and rude insurance broker .If your looking for insurance they are no help at all and when you call for questions they won’t call you back . Never have I received this type of service . My insurance went up from $150 to $300 from one day to another with no type of explanation or even paper notice , had to see my bank account to notice (wow that’s double ). They did not have my correct address Or even driver license on file. Regardless of the fact , they are very disorganize and lack the knowledge to get you concrete answers. I was happy spending $150 extra to end my service with them after 3 weeks of going back and forth with them on getting one simple answer from the insurance ( why my insurance went up? )

They were a 5 in my opinion but they lost my business due to slacking on their job but were nice-ish, I think my experience shouldn't change your decision but at least read through some of other reviews and see what you may experience both good and bad so 3 🌟🌟🌟 from me at least!

Wow all I can say , The owners Melba and Freddy are the worst.. Melba is always talking behind her employees telling them what to say ,last time she called my wife ignorant .How can an agent say that to a customer? My wife went there to renew a registration and Freddy the other agent kept cursing in the back . I had insurance until the other young girl left because ever since she is gone the whole place is a garbage can. Do not go here they are not educated at all ,they don't know how to do their job . And the owner Melba always look like she just woke up

Great place, and lovely and helpful staff. I had Claudia and Melba help me on my commercial insurance. They were fast and reliable. Thanks again ladies!
