I am sending this as an antidotal story to convey how much your team is appreciated. I hope to hear at some point that the insurance companies return to their senses. As you recall, my initial enrollment was November 2025. I enrolled with CIGNA for my Medicare Prescription Drug Plan. As open enrollment approached, I learned that CIGNA would increase their premiums significantly. Consequently, I set out to enroll in the Humana plan for 2026. During open enrollment (AEP), I did an over-the-phone enrollment with a Humana representative. Subsequently, I received an Enrollment Kit in the mail. I completed the enrollment kit and returned it to Humana during the open enrollment period (prior to 12/07). I did not hear from Humana for more than two weeks, so I called to follow up. Humana
