Excellent coverage & customer service. Highly recommended for business policies!

Been working with Jodi for about 6 years. Whether I bring her good news or bad news, she always provides competitive rates and excellent service. I really should give her more notice when I buy things or make major changes, but even on the fly, she's a clutch performer. It's nice to be able to trust 1 person to protect all your assets. She saves me a lot of time and trouble fighting insurance providers for better rates.

I contacted for a new insurance quote. They were able to take much of my information over email using old insurance declaration pages so that I didn't have to answer as many questions over the phone. They found a lower price for my insurance, but also explained that the particular package that I am on now has better benefits in some cases, and recommended that I stay with it for the small difference in price. They were a pleasure to work with.

I have had this agent for about 2 years. I’ve called probably 4 times over that period, and every single time I get told that they cannot help me, they don’t have access to this or that information, call Progressive directly. Then what exactly is your purpose? I’m currently working with Progressive to pay them directly, because I have absolutely no idea what it is that Bay Insurance does…
