These people are the hardest people to get to answer the phone. Called several Months ago and ask for them to send me a bill showing the breakdown of insurance. It is now almost sept and pretty sure ins has lapse due to no bill being sent out. And can’t get in touch with anyone to find out what is up!!

Trying to call and make a payment but nobody is answering the phone

Monica is always so nice and sweet! I do have a hard time getting through to them but after a couple calls I always manage to get the help I need. I've been with Barnes Insurance for almost 10 years.
