Jami and her team are the best - I highly recommend them! I have home and auto insurance with them, and I was required by Allstate to make my yard and home fire-safe after the area I live in was deemed a fire-prone area. Jami was such a blessing - she is very kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. SCAM ALERT!! THIS AGENCY IS A SCAM! I encountered significant issues with this agency when seeking collector car insurance. They were unable to provide coverage and instead switched me over to Hagerty Insurance. Despite this, the agency continued to charge me through Allstate for a year, resulting in over $3,600 in fees, even though I was paying Hagerty to insure the vehicle. When I contacted the agency about the issue, Jami Sanders initially assured me it would be resolved. Throughout this process, the agency repeatedly ignored my calls and provided dismissive responses, such as, “Jami is busy responding to emails and will get back to you some other time.” However, after months of unreturned calls and messages left with her and her colleagues, I had to escalate the matter directly to Al

I'm sad about this, but it's the honest truth. I've been with these guys for over 20 years. I finally had to make my first claim and it has been nothing short of the worst experience. Please, save yourself the trouble and don't use Allstate for your insurance needs. My claim is still unresolved and has been in progress for over a month. Allstate wants to total my car and lowball me on the value. Not a single person from Allstate has even seen my car, I had to go out of my way to take and send pictures into Allstate. The only thing Allstate worried about was storage fees from the tow yard. They don't care about you, me, or your car, only money. Full coverage on your means little to nothing. They will total your car over the phone sight unseen and then lowball you with the value of you

This company is a joke. I have been trying to remove a vehicle I no longer have for the last few days but the app wasn’t allowing me to. It FINALLY let me once I was able to get access to a computer and do it on the website but they are still trying to charge me for a full month of insurance for a vehicle I NO LONGER OWN! And refuse to help fix this! Literally the day it finally let me remove the vehicle is the day the policy renewed.

I had an another agency and somehow it was transferred to this new agent without even asking and I have never heard even a peep from them. Just automated emails and bills due. It would have been nice if I was called and introduced or given a reason for the transfer.
