I had a very positive experience when working with a couple of agents of Banker Life. Shawn Parsons and Elizabeth (Nova) Vega. They came to my home and spent time getting to know me and learning my life insurance needs. I was unsure of whether they could even insure me at aged 76 but also, how much that might cost. They were able to get me a whole life policy and at a reasonable price. Nova and Shawn answered all my questions thoroughly and went over every aspect and benefit of the policy. Canceled policy they gave me cash out value, then sent a check and tried to bill me again. When I told them that was incorrect and to check their records they sent a Past Due letter. I had to waste my time and tell them that under no terms am I paying them anything. Only until I told them my atty would contact them did they FINALLY send a letter confirming I owed them NOTHING!!! I wii NEVER do business with them again!! Terrible!!!
