To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a recent customer service interaction I had with a representative from Baltimore Life Insurance Company by the name of Victoria Crichlow. The call took place December 22, 2025, around 1pm CST. It's happened more than once. I was disrespected along with my mom who's older. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and did not meet reasonable standards of professionalism, courtesy, or respect. During the phone call, the representative displayed a dismissive and disrespectful attitude, was unprofessional in tone, and appeared noticeably impatient and hasty throughout the conversation. If I could give them 0 stars I would, I hate that I have to give them 1. I live in SC and my mom (who also lives in SC) had a payment drafted out of her account. She never signed up for anything from them. They took the remaining money from her account. I’m check my mom’s finances and ask her about all purchases that don’t make sense. This is straight up fraud and theft.

My agent was Bryan and he was very helpful and polite and kind. I would give Bryan 10stars if I could.. I just joined Baltimore life and I pray things go well for me .

i absolutely love this carrier!! not only just the way the portal and the eapp is set up but as far as getting my clients approved with various health conditions. not only puts a smile on my face but the families we protect!!

I discovered a patment has been taken from my bank account. I have never heard of this company and have never purchased any insurance product from them. I reside in Florida. My bank said Baltimore Life was given my routing and account number and my authorization which I never did. My bank wants proof I never purchased anything I signed there form stating no purchase was made.
