I have been working with about the insurance for a number of years until I got assigned to Laura Vaz. I recently changed my family situation and I had to ensure again my car and the quote at the Baltic insurance and Laura provided me was extremely high. I then shopped around and got a better quote and switched insurance. I got a phone call then from Baltic insurance and Laura Vaz. I was thinking that the call would be too give me a counter off everything and keep the insurance, but all I got was "you wasted my time". I have never seen such an unprofessional behavior from an insurance agency. Rather than call the customer to gain it back, she called me and complained that she had to do work.
