⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing Customer Service As a local resident and business professional in Hallandale Beach, I make a conscious effort to support local establishments. I had passed by this business many times and finally decided to stop in when I needed a temporary parking permit. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. When I walked in, there were four people present not one acknowledged me or offered a greeting. It felt as if I were invisible. Eventually, one gentleman, seated at the front left, mumbled “may I help you” without even looking up from his computer. I explained what I was looking for, and without making eye contact, he replied that they do sell temporary parking permits, but they didn't have any at the moment. The worst insurance agency in my opinion. They never answer the phone, they don't reply to emails. I asked for my certificate by email six months ago, and there's been no response. I've asked about 15 more times since then, and there's been no response. I have no idea how to contact them. It's not that they don't answer the phone, they just pick it up and hang up.

Saturday, 10AM. Closed. Unprofessional.

Terrible experience ever never again was quoted at first 503$ and then when I was charged the paper said 603$??!!!!! Alex basically scammed me. And then tried to argue with me over the phone saying I must have been confused when he was explaining to me the insurance policies stay Away from this place !!! They scam people and lie just to get what they want . Disgusting

The service I received was great. They are very helpful, professional, efficient. The office is super clean and well organized. You can feel they love their job. They went above and beyond to resolve my issue. They really care about your business. They took he time to resolve all my questions with kindness. I recommend AVA Insurance & Auto Tag 100%
