We have to ask ourselves what stressors are in our lives to search for a sense of security. With the greatest intentions yet met with a scheme. They have legally bound their business with so many legal terms of no liability. If you want to avoid making a very poor choice and keeping your hard earned money do not believe in this company. False hope and friendly voices to sell and a feeling that it is all a strategy, a tactic. I think the only folks getting support are the 5 people employed here.

If I could rate then a 0 I would but this company are scammers.. I was trying to do a claim on my vehicle ..my transmission gave up on me and in order to go ahead with the claim they ask for all the oil changes and receipts and invoices and for my luck ofcourse I had every single one of them since the 1st one up until the last one..after I gave then everything they asked for they kept on asking for more and more and they would just leave me on hold for an hour. This company never ever honors their " contract" worst company ever..but if I went one day without paying ..I would receive calls none stop

I've been trying to get a refund on our policy me and my wife had on our car. We never used the service and decided to cancel. We canceled back in February. We have been told several stories since then. After asking about the process we were first told we had to just cancel it. I called a month later and asked about our refund and wete told then we needed to send in a statement about canceling. They received that in April and told us it could take 12 to 16 weeks to receive our refund. I've made several calls since. I called in August and was told the check was in a pile to be sent out with the next batch. Called again in September and was told again the same thing I was told a month prior that the check was on the top of the list to be sent out by mail. He said it could take 2 to 4 weeks.

Worst company! They deny claims. I canceled my policy in July 2025 and have yet to receive my refund of premium. They will tell you 12-16 weeks for a refund so they can use your money for their benefit. They have hundreds of bad reviews and a D rating with BBB. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Agent I spoke with was very rude. Once we got on the phone with a representative, he was extremely rude and combative to my father. He made blatantly false claims, that once I debunked them, he got more aggressive to the point that we ended the call. Long story short, this company continues to call my father trying to get him to renew his warranty, and the one time he tried to use the warranty, he was denied after the company “found” a reason to deny. Terrible company….stay far away.
