Aegis Administration

I just started with Aegis a couple of months ago. I recently had an issue with my cooktop stove, and submitted the claim. Aegis made contact with a local company to come take a look at it. It is an older cooktop stove, and parts to repair it are no longer available. I just received a check from Aegis to replace the stove. I have always been skeptical of programs like this, to actually pay for a replacement if repairs couldn't be made. So of course, I am very pleased with the service Aegis has provided for me. Thank you Aegis! You ROCK!

I am pleased to share an outstanding example of the dedication and compassion demonstrated by Ray, a representative of Aegis Administration, in supporting one of Aegis' customers. Upon learning from a disabled veteran about their need for a taller toilet and two support bars to aid with mobility, Ray took extraordinary initiative. Rather than simply noting the request, he proactively contacted the Yuma County Disabled Veterans Association. Through collaborative efforts, Ray, Aegis Administration, and the Yuma County Veterans Association partnered with Lowe’s Hero Program to provide and install a new tall toilet and two support bars at no cost to the veteran. The service advisor was knowledgeable and courteous. She explained the process and walked me through every step. My repairs were done promptly and I received my reimbursement check for services quickly!
