As an Auto-Owners policy holder, I can't speak highly enough about my Branch Claims Representative, Jason Sanders. He represents Auto-Owners Insurance with Excellence in addressing every need and concern I have with my claim. He goes further than the extra mile to provide clear and comprehensive explanations and understanding of the technical issues regarding my claim, providing direction in order to resolve those issues and reach a positive outcome. Companies should be investing in their human resources rather than the technological flavor of the month. Technology doesn't create new customers and loyal returning customers, but excellent customer service such as I've received from Jason Sanders makes all the difference.

The company does not live up to their “claims”posted on their website. I’m not insured with this company, but their insurer hit my car. Auto Owners acknowledged liability but has not compensated for the damages. Date of loss 9/9/25. It’s now 1/9/26. Lacks communication via email, via texts, or via phone. The “Track the claim “ feature does not work or is never updated. Not professional and lacks responsibility. My next step is BBB to report false advertisement. Do better.

Jason Sanders was professional and responsive in completing my claim. My Honda repair was complicated due to delays in getting a new liftgate part but he saw it through in dealing with Caliber Collision. He got me a coverage extension on my rental vehicle due to the back order. Communication with Jason via phone and/or text was timely in dealing with questions and issues.

We recently had significant water damage to our offices. Contacted Auto Owners Insurance. Within a couple of days the adjuster arrived on scene. Sometimes insurance adjusters get a bad rap. Ours, Rachel Flowers, arrived when she said she would, explained the process throughly and was extremely professional throughout our meeting. Rachel has been available every step of the way and even after if I've had questions, she's been willing to share/explain/answer. Thanks!
