Good service - not a bit of mumbo jumbo, just has different companies' policies at different "levels" he/they could offer, told me which one he would recommend and why, and since then, smooth sailing. On 3rd year with them, and only complaint was with BCBS denying coverage on a CT scan (they finally approved a year later). Murdock Insurance is also helping me negotiate Life, Vision, and Dental insurances (until recently, my employer always covered me). Very good agent - Andrew Mayne at Murdock.
