Allstate beat our State farm existing rate by a mile, plus our Allstate agent, Lance Gore walked us through signing up for all of the appropriate discounts through paperless billing and automatic renewal. They also helped me with the app and how it ties in to our policy. We couldn't be happier!!!

I had the worse experience ever with Lance Gore, we talked 3 times on the phone to explain my roof wind damage claim and he was very rude with me, unpolite, and yelled at me as I was confused trying to understand my policy. I do not know how he received good reviews but all I can say, and I swear to God it's true, is that he did not TREAT ME NICE at all. On top of that I was trying to understand how they added an Roof Surfaces Endorsement which states that Allstate will pay for covered windstorm and/or hail damage to our roof according to the Roof Surface Payment Schedule included on the endorsement. In layman's terms this means Allstate will push to repair the roof and if a full roof replacement is requested then Allstate will only pay 30% of the replacement cost due to roof depreciatio
