Terrible company! STAY AWAY! Paid for business insurance and EVERY month I was receiving a cancellation notice because I did do what the underwriter requested. Every month I also had to fill out a new forms about my business, sometimes the SAME form over and over again that came along with cancellation letters. My broker said he’s never seen anything like it. Then finally, they actually cancelled and didn’t notify me until 2 WEEKS after it was actually cancelled. This company is a joke. I should get every penny I paid these jokers back for the headache and stress they’ve caused. I’m more than confident that if something happened, they would not pay out.

The worst insurance company workman's comp in the planet. Private companies if you really care about tour employees DO NOT WORK WITH THEM.

Terrible customer service. They treated me like a second class citizen, were extremely slow making payments and took forever to return phone calls. I got hurt at work and the wc insurance company made it worse.

No help or guidance, had to get a lawyer and they paid up. Obtain an attorney right away
