Associated Insurance Counselor

This insurance company is employing liars. Not sending out important insurance cards before going on vacations, signing up new policies without consent of the customers, raising liability rates to the extreme for no reason, and more importantly, saying that customers "swore at them" over the phone. Even speaking with the owner, Brad, yielded no positive results to the situation. None of this is acceptable for a business. Don't work with these people (if you can manage to get them on the phone even). They treat 20+ year customers with no regard and are the absolute worst type of insurer's...LIARS!!!!

Associated Insurance has cared for my changing needs with promptness and the expertise of knowledgeable agents. They care ,which is rare in the industry and is appreciated and makes any issue easier.

I was a courier and had to get specialty insurance through them. They were great to work with. I have since changed Careers, but highly recommend them!

Great Company and very helpful! Kim Weber must be a competitor. 1/5 isn't accurate at all.
