This company is a fraud they will take you money every month and not pay a claim when it’s in your policy I had a truck burn to the ground on nov 27 of 2024 and they just denied the claim today I wouldn’t do any business with this company unless you want to lose and give them free money every month I’m reporting them to the state for fraud and I hope you guys do as well we need to shut this company down

The worst experience I’ve ever had with an insurance company. My claims adjuster Nikky Jean simply ignores me for days and weeks on end. They have made me jump through every hoop possible to make paying the claim out as difficult as can be. The only way we’ve ever gotten anything accomplished is through threatening legal action for their negligence. If you’re ever in an accident, hope that whoever hit you is not covered by them.

Try to avoid at all costs. This is the worst insurance i have dealt with. Impossible to find anyone to help you. More than a month to get my vehicle fixed. Thry Never return a call. I have been calling every day ,leaving voicemails for weeks. There should be 0 stars. Terrible

I was involved in an accident on Oct 22nd, 2021. Shortly after, a claim was placed with ASCENDANT through . I was advised, await field specialist to inspect the damages of my vehicle Since then, I've called DAILY requesting an update, only to get transferred to his voicemail each time, multiple representatives have transferred me to manager , which she ensured me that the agent would inspect my vehicle "that day" and she'll call back with more information. I have yet, to receive an update from Liva. Earlier this month( 3months Later ) I was transferred to a new case manager, I spoke with manager Maida/ Mira, she apologies and promised that she would have an agent check out my vehicle. unfortunately, again, management has missed the mark, as you can imagine I have yet, to receive a reason

I was hit by Beach Boys Taxi Service and this company took forever to pay to fix my car and on top of that, they refused to pay for the paint blending that was needed to make sure the panels didn't look like 2 different colors. It's a year later and they still haven't paid it. I had to pay for the blending to get my own car out of the shop! What kind of service is that? Worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. If you pay for this company you clearly don't care about others on the road.
