I had an amazing experience with this agency. They were all very welcoming and kind. I walked in without an appointment and was greeted right away. I spoke with Cathy Hummel and she was extremely helpful. I will definitely be working with them in the future and recommending them to other business owners.

Kathy was very discourteous, not allowing me to finish much of my sentences; not knowing if it be best to update my bank account info with my insurance company or the agency. Did ask this as I do not want my personal info everywhere.

If you are a business DO NOT take your time and money with these people . They have been unprofessional since day one ! Our company has been working with them for over a year and we still haven’t received the correct certification we need to get our business paid! We spend well over thousands of dollars paying them and for what to keep getting told to wait and that “their system is down” everytime.They have even asked us to complete documents that BY LAW have to be done by a licensed agent and even then “they can’t write it as you want” because they are understaffed. That is no excuse on having my company wait over months for something urgent! I honestly feel it is because we represent a hispanic owned company.and no, there is no language barrier we speak perfect and proper english! Its v
