Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield - Fayetteville

I’ve used Blue Cross Blue Shield for a couple years now and they have been consistently easy to work with! Especially when I’ve had to change jobs or needed to switch plans. Setting up appointments and getting everything updated has always been so smooth and on time. I always talk with Michael, and he is amazing! He’s professional, genuinely caring, and he takes the time to understand what your needing so he can help you choose the best plan for your situation. He explains everything clearly, answers every question I have, and always makes sure I’m taken care of. I highly recommend!

Horrible customer service. If you send an email, you will wait a week or two for a reply. If you get them on the phone, they often don't have any answer for your issue and will not get back to you on it. And they do not honor the benefits listed in their plans. If you want to get the gift cards promised for completing healthy behaviors, get ready to argue with them and wait months. But often times they will just cheat you out of it to save money.

I’ve been with Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield for a few years now and I have yet to be disappointed, Michael especially goes above and beyond to answer any questions and to help with any concerns I may have. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

As a health provider, I'm very disappointed with the contact I've had with the Fayetteville office, specifically. I have been ignored for 2 months after BCBS paid a different provider for my services. BCBS has not paid me back and the problem has occurred with other clients of mine. They have denied responsibility, and thus my problem has gotten worse. It's very frustrating because I can't bill on my clients when BCBS does not fix the issue and never compensates me for my work. It's very poor business.

Best experience ever!!! I would give 10 🌟 if I could. Every time I’m there for some help the staffs always go out and beyond to do so. Today 5/20/25 Velecia helps me out tremendously. Thank you guys!
