The claims representative I was initially assigned was defensive and dragged the initial phase of the claim on for weeks. The appraisal specialist was snarky.
Scam insurance , tried to raise my yearly rate from $1800 to $14,000. Yes you are reading that right $14,000 for a Toyota Camry. I'd rather drive without insurance, they also force you to auto renew even if you call 50 times to tell them you don't want to renew.
