Arbella Insurance - Farmington Claim Office

If I could offer zero stars, I would. After reading the previous reviews, I should have known. After leaving multiple voice messages for Jacklyn Gregoire and Joanna Lent and never hearing back (for days) I finally was able to speak with them. I expressed my frustration that it was over 10 days since the adjuster was supposed to look at my car and it was unacceptable. Neither employee offered kindness, compassion or professionalism. Instead I got a "word salad" about what my policy included, etc. I filed a complaint with the BBB and plan on cancelling my policy as soon as my car is fixed.

By far the absolute worst agency and insurance company to deal with. Always problems with billing. Never a cut and dry answer, just word salad. The agents are the most unprofessional, nasty people around. They don't like being questioned when you come across their unethical, and possibly illegal practices. Do yourself a favor and insure elsewhere. In fact, the insurance is underwritten by Covenant Insurance, so, do your due diligence and avoid any company they have their dirty little hands in. God is watching you.... and, he doesn't like ugly.

I have had Arbella through Bearingstar for four months, and each month there has been an issue with billing. First, they didn't process my auto pay form and do not send monthly invoices. I only became aware of the issue when I received a cancellation notice (plus a bunch of missed payment fees) after two months. Then I unsuccessfully tried updating my payment information on their crude website, so I received another $80 in fees when they charged an old account. The next month I tried to fix it by making a payment before my due date, but nope, they just charged me twice. I am now trying to cancel my policies, but the customer service person I am dealing with has sent me the cancellation forms with the same error three times, despite me pointing out exactly what the error is and asking her

One star because I can’t go more down. I have had Arbella through Bearingstar for two year and every time there has been an issue with billing. They disappointed me too much. At last I cancelled my insurance with them & they started threats by issuing me notices / letters. Not good people. Strongly recommend never buy any insurance with these unknown people.

For some reason it says Arabella offeres roadside assistance on google, THEY IN FACT DO NOT!!!
