Our healthcare system in the United States is so broken it's hard not to fall into a deep depression. Not only do I have to contribute part of my paycheck to health care every month - but they don't cover ANYTHING. Seeing any provider has a copayment that doesn't go towards my deductible. I have a bone spur and need custom orthotics to prevent it from getting worst. Is it covered? Of course not. Why would insurance help prevent the problem when they can make a bunch of money off the foot surgery I'll need in 10 years to remove the bone spur they wouldn't help prevent. Broken system. Leaving Americans in debt and in poor health.

Terrible Service, Terrible Coverage. Customer Service hung up on me for asking for clarification around 4 months worth of claims that had sporadic coverage for the same exact Physical Therapy Appointments. Send Nick Shirley SOS

Denied medication to the only medication that can resolve my health issue. No exaggeration, there is no alternative or generic to Xifaxan. I’ve been suffering for over a month, going to specialists and taking tests that make me sicker. Shame on yall for torturing people. What an evil corporation that is barbaric towards its members. I genuinely hope none of your family members get an illness with no cure so you never have to suffer the pain I do. Smfh

I'm disabled with very bad seizures and covered by SSDI. Several yrs ago a person called and said she is an agent for Anthem Blue Cross "who oversees my disability insurance." News to me. I never signed anything. Then, my Drs canceled appointments I was sent bills. I've been trying to disenroll for months, spent hrs on the phone today. It's a nightmare. I never chose them, and now I can't disenroll without mailing letters to TX? NO!

It's hard to underscore how bad this organization is, at every level.
